Liaquat Ali Khan

  Liaquat Ali Khan (1895-1951) was a Pakistani statesman who served as the first Prime Minister of Pakistan from 1947 until his assassination in 1951. He played a key role in the Pakistan Movement and was a close associate of the founder of Pakistan,  Liaquat Ali Khan  was born in Karnal, in present-day India. He studied law at Oxford University and later returned to India to practice law.
